    C. Bylaws Committee Report   Barbara Bell & Cindy Vogel
        1. Barbara and Cindy recommended the use of the current TKGA Bylaws as a starting point.
        2. Recommended the use of Roberts Rules of Order to conduct guild meetings, especially for customizing our Bylaws. Bylaws Committee is pending.
        3. Presented a proposal for a Nominating Committee.
        4. Nominating Committee Members are:
Barbara Bell, Michelle Bernal, Janice Ogata, Marsha Stoddard.
    D. Philanthropy Report   Judy Gregory, VP Philanthropy
        1. Judy had over 20 items that were donated to Afghans for Afghans.
        2. Betty Molinaro read a thank you note from The Christ Child Society and presented a $50 gift certificate for Michaels which JCK will use to buy supplies for charity knitting for that organization. Suggestions were made to combine this with coupons to maximize our purchases.
Judy asked for approval to hold two charity knitting Saturdays in July and August at Citibank at a cost of $25 per day. Motion was unanimously approved.

Michelle Tang was the winner of the JCK Message Board Contest and received a gift basket from Evelyn.
. Sparr Heights Community Center has a new “Knitting with Kate” every Friday from 12:00-3:00pm.
    F. L.A. County Fair Participation   Janice Ogata
Janice brought L.A. County Fair info and entry forms for all interested members.
        2. There are categories for both amateur and professional entries this year.
        3. Deadline for entry is July 12. Entry fee is $2 per entry.
