JCK knits and crochets items for preemies, babies, children, adults, and
seniors and donates them to various local, national, and international organizations.
JCK meets monthly to collect donations, plan charity events, share project ideas, and learn new skills.

JCK Donates to These Organizations

Knots of Love  JCK donates handmade knit and crochet chemo caps for distribution to men and women in hospitals nationwide.

Operation Gratitude  JCK donates handmade knit and crochet hats and scarves that are included in care packages delivered to our troops overseas.

Afghans for Afghanistan  JCK donates handmade knit and crochet blankets and garments to this humanitarian and educational people-to-people project that serves the beleaguered people of Afghanistan.

Christ Child Society  JCK donates handmade knit and crochet baby items to new mothers in local hospitals.

LAC+USC Medical Center NICU  JCK donates handmade knit and crochet blankets, sweaters, hats, and booties to preemies and babies. JCK member Kimberly Smith has worked there as a NICU nurse since 1992.

Huntington Hospital NICU  JCK donates handmade knit and crochet baby items.

Olive View-UCLA Medical Center NICU  JCK donates handmade knit and crochet baby items.

AAUW Glendale  JCK donates handmade knit and crochet luxury items to the Glendale Branch of the American Association of University Women to sell at their annual fundraiser for Tech Trek, a week-long summertime immersion into science and technology for girls from Wilson and Toll Middle Schools.
